We held the 5th meeting of 2026 of the SPE RD&I Technical Committee Brazil, this time hosted by Galp Brasil, in Rio de Janeiro.

The meeting provided an important technical exchange on GALP’s activities in Research, Development and Innovation (RD&I) in Brazil, allowing us to learn about its initiatives, priorities, and strategic vision for the future, while also promoting discussions among representatives of the different companies that are part of our Committee.

We also advanced discussions on 𝐒𝐏𝐄 𝐈𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐓𝐞𝐜 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (https://lnkd.in/dFrmYWkH), seeking to strategically strengthen the first edition of the event, which will take place on 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟒 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟏𝟓, 𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐎, 𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐚́𝐯𝐞𝐚 – 𝐑𝐢𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐢𝐫𝐨.
𝐒𝐏𝐄 𝐈𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐓𝐞𝐜 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 was created with the purpose of expanding the connection among operators, industry, ICTs, universities, and other players in the innovation ecosystem, promoting discussions on the RD&I challenges and opportunities for the future of the Brazilian energy sector.
